Objectives
Since 2022, Pioneers of Change (POC) has offered "Men.Return – Being a Man in a World of Crisis" providing accessible digital meeting spaces for men to strengthen exchange and connection. The program is based on the principles of the "Art of Hosting" and utilizes mindful facilitation and dialogue-oriented methods such as circle discussions, World Café, and Open Spaces to enable in-depth encounters and effective collaboration. The project is specifically aimed at men in challenging transition phases such as retirement, fatherhood, or the transition to adulthood and follows an intergenerational approach.
Implementation
The evaluation focuses on both process support and the ongoing evaluation of the implemented measures. queraum offers the project team regular reflection workshops to gather learning experiences, plan next project steps, and reflect on the achievement of the implemented measures' objectives. To gather assessments of the quality, impact, and benefits of the services, qualitative interviews and a qualitative survey are conducted with participants.
