Objectives
The prevention offer of the AUVA aims at supporting companies with
- improving the quality of the work and also of the workstations,
- increasing the motivation and the productivity of the workers,
- lowering the employee’s sick days and
- lowering the number of accidents at work.
Implementation of the evaluation
queraum. cultural and social research and prospect consulting were given the task to carry out an accompanying evaluation of the pilot project. The emphasis of this evaluation is on the examination of the efficiency of the AUVAfit offers.
Furthermore, queraum supports the project team with developing the quality and also the content of the offer. Within that process, qualitative and quantitative methods are going to be used (quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews in the pilot companies, guideline-based interviews with the responsible project members within the AUVA and also feedback questionnaires). An environment analysis is useful to discuss the positioning of this AUVAfit project within the company itself and also regarding the “health-promotion market”.
The findings of the process and the result evaluation are presented in the final report as case studies of the different pilot companies but also as orientation across companies. Within the organized reflection workshops the evaluation team reflects and discusses different findings together with the project team. Based on experiences, a lot of benefit is guaranteed from this approach which uses the knowledge collected from the evaluation, for the concrete realization of the project.
