Objectives
The overall aim of the project that is funded by the Fonds Gesundes Österreich is to implement activities in order to promote the health situation of employees and students. The focus, therefore, is put at individual as well as at organisational level.
Implementation of the evaluation
queraum. cultural and social research was given the task to carry out an accompanying evaluation of the project. We combine outcome and process evaluation and involve quantitative and qualitative methods, such as
- questionnaire: measurement before and after activities
- interviews with relevant stakeholders
- feedback questionnaires
- regular meetings with the project team to reflect the procedure and next steps to be made
