Objectives
The project aims to enhance the health resources of socially disadvantaged fathers and to build up sustainable structures in children-specific settings. The project team puts great efforts in involving target groups that are difficult to reach by conventional measures in the field of men´s health work.
Implementation of the evaluation
queraum. cultural and social research was given the task to carry out an accompanying evaluation of the project.
The focus of the project is put on the evaluation of activities, such as father-children-afternoons. The evaluators, therefore, developed creative and interactive methods for evaluation workshops with fathers and children in different settings. As sustainability is a central issue in the project, queraum carries out sustainability workshops with relevant stakeholders and professionals in different settings.
Another focus of the evaluation is to support the project team in reflecting and optimising the process, planning further steps, developing additional assessment tools and presenting (interim) results to the steering committee.
Products:
In addition to the evaluation report, selected evaluation results will be summarized for a publication elaborated by the project team.
