inVISIBLE TALENTS!: Brochure and Toolbox

The project inVISIBLE TALENTS! aimed to make the talents of older and very old people (more) visible and enhance thus the social participation of the older generation. The brochure was developed to inspire organisations, initiatives and communities to get active and facilitate the participation of older and very old people. The toolbox contains helpful material and tools tested with professionals and volunteers working with older people as well as with older people themselves.
