Objectives
Our work focuses on the identification and improvement of measures that will enable groups at a multi-dimensional risk of social exclusion to fully participate in community life.
Implementation
Six European countries participate in the project. In each country a government and an external consultancy organisation co-operate at regional level.
Each region elaborates a "Regional Action Plan for For Inclusion and ReIntegration of older People". Furthermore, based on the partner´s experience, „Guidelines for Action“ are worked out.
