Our projects on successful ageing aim to give older and very old persons better chances to participate and contribute. We empower them to live as long as possible in their familiar environments – autonomously, healthy and safely. We do not only focus on the empowerment of older individuals, but also on the age-friendly design and organisation of our social and built environments.

Ageing in our midst
The publication brings together the experiences made in the project AGEING IN OUR MIDST that was carried out between 2021 and 2024. The handbook provides information and inspiration about these processes and invites you to make cities age-friendly.
